C'est la cl\u00e9 de la conception et d'une grossesse en bonne sant\u00e9.  La raison en est la m\u00e9latonine, une hormone qui a un impact direct sur la qualit\u00e9 des ovules et la r\u00e9serve ovarienne.  La m\u00e9latonine est produite en plus grande quantit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 23 heures.  C'est pourquoi il est recommand\u00e9 de dormir apr\u00e8s cette heure.  La production de m\u00e9latonine n\u00e9cessite de l'obscurit\u00e9 et c'est la raison pour laquelle votre chambre \u00e0 coucher doit \u00eatre sombre.  Ne dormez pas avec une veilleuse. Des \u00e9tudes scientifiques montrent que les hommes qui dorment moins de 6,5 heures et plus de 9 heures par nuit ont un volume de spermatozo\u00efdes plus faible.  Pour les hommes, la dur\u00e9e optimale de sommeil se situe entre 7 et 8 heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Chez les femmes, un sommeil insuffisant a un impact sur les hormones de la reproduction et provoque des cycles irr\u00e9guliers. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Un sommeil insuffisant compromet la production de cytokines, ce qui peut augmenter le risque d'infection, d'inflammation et d'infertilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Le travail post\u00e9 perturbe notre rythme circadien et peut inhiber l'ovulation, augmentant ainsi le d\u00e9lai de conception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Entre 23 heures et 1 heure du matin, la v\u00e9sicule biliaire se d\u00e9sintoxique.  Si nous sommes \u00e9veill\u00e9s pendant cette p\u00e9riode, les toxines s'accumulent dans le foie et cr\u00e9ent une congestion secondaire dans notre syst\u00e8me, ce qui est pr\u00e9judiciable \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Mes recommandations sont donc de se coucher t\u00f4t, de commencer \u00e0 se lever \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure le matin, afin de r\u00e9initialiser nos habitudes de sommeil.  Faire de l'exercice pendant la journ\u00e9e, afin d'\u00eatre fatigu\u00e9 le soir.  \u00c9viter de faire de l'exercice 6 heures avant le coucher. \u00c9viter la caf\u00e9ine, l'alcool et le grignotage avant le coucher (ne pas manger au moins 3 heures avant le coucher), car ils nuisent \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil.  \u00c9vitez les appareils \u00e9lectroniques dans votre chambre \u00e0 coucher - t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, DVD, ordinateur et autres appareils.  Ils perturbent le rythme circadien, notre horloge biologique inn\u00e9e, qui est tr\u00e8s important pour l'\u00e9quilibre hormonal.
