Quando dormiamo poco (la durata ottimale del sonno \u00e8 di 8 ore, il che significa quasi 9 ore a letto), la melatonina viene compromessa e il nostro corpo si mette in modalit\u00e0 di risposta \"lotta o fuga\".  Quando ci\u00f2 accade, i nostri ormoni riproduttivi vengono utilizzati per la produzione di ormoni dello stress. Se siamo svegli durante questo periodo, le tossine si congestionano nel fegato e creano una congestione secondaria nel nostro sistema, che \u00e8 dannosa per la fertilit\u00e0 e la salute generale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">I miei consigli sono quindi di andare a letto presto, di iniziare ad alzarsi alla stessa ora la mattina, per reimpostare le nostre abitudini di sonno. Evitare l'elettronica in camera da letto - TV, DVD, computer e altri apparecchi.  Disturbano il ritmo circadiano, il nostro orologio biologico innato, che \u00e8 molto importante per raggiungere l'equilibrio ormonale.  \u00c8 bene esporre gli occhi alla luce del giorno al risveglio perch\u00e9 stimola la produzione di ormoni specifici, come il cortisolo.
